Cordyline Negra (Cordyline Fruticosa Negra)

Cordyline features bright bold colourful foliage and is an ideal feature plant either indoors or outdoors. Its other common names are Palm Lilies and Cabbage Palms. The Negra produces dark green foliage when young and matures to a dark purple.
As a family of Agavaceae, Cordyline have two main varieties: tropical and cold-tolerant. The 'Fruticosa' variety can handle cooler climates and perfect as an indoor plant. As an outdoor plant, it prefers a bright position with some shade.

Cordyline Negra can grow to a height of 4 metres and a width of 2 metres.
Plant in an outside area of part shade sun, with well drained soil. It copes with reasonably cold winters, but not frost and grows best in tropical and subtropical gardens.
Medium. Requires good draining soil. Foliage droops when require watering.
